New Appointments at Ross Video

Ross Video has promoted its former national sales manager and key accounts manager Steve Romain to the dual roles of key accounts, program manager and business development manager, sports. As key accounts, program manager, he will work directly with U.S. and Canadian networks, program providers, and owned and operated TV stations. In his new role as business development manager, sports Romain’s responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales, marketing and support programs aimed at end users, stadium and mobile television stakeholders. He will also work with Ross’ regional sales managers to develop strategic alliances and enhance customer relationships.

“Steve’s extensive experience in the sports broadcast industry and understanding of the customers needs allows us to further develop exceptional customer solutions in these key markets,” said Darren Budrow, Ross Video’s director of sales.

The company also announced that it has appointed Scott Bowditch, as national sales manager for Canada. Bowditch, a member of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers, has been with the company for five years, serving as regional sales manager for Central Canada. Prior to joining Ross, he ran his own consulting and project management firm, T-Cubed Technology Integration. He also spent many years with Azcar Technologies as a project manager and business development manager.
