Flame Distribution Announces new Titles Ahead of Asia TV Forum
Flame Distribution will be attending ATF in Singapore with a slate of new content to offer to buyers in Asia.
Some of the highlights include Colours (Making Movies and Gebrueder Beetz Filmproduktion for ZDF, CICC and Arte), a documentary series exploring the immense influence colours have on our lives taking the audience on a visual and cultural journey through China; each episode explores a colour revealed in spectacular landscapes, in particular moods, seasons and regions relevant only to that colour.
Wildlife series Predator Bloodlines (WildEarth TV) captures the daily lives of six extraordinary animals of the Maasai Mara and Greater Kruger National Park as they navigate the extreme tribulations of life in the wild where bloodlines are everything as they strive for survival.
#Beasts (Wildflame Productions for S4C) is a new kids series of short programs counting down the world’s most dangerous animals from the most poisonous, to the strongest and smartest creatures on the planet.
In popular travel-adventure-food TV series Appetite for Adventure! (The Posh One Studios for Z Living Network USA), host and seafood enthusiast, Stephanie Harris-Uyidi travels to exotic locations to experience culture, food, fashion and local escapades. Stephanie’s reputation for making fresh, sustainable recipes, combined with her status as a health & fitness icon inspires thousands of fans around the world to eat well & get fit pescatarian style.
Commissioned by Discovery USA and Channel 5 and currently in production is Super Volcano (Wildflame Productions). With exclusive access to world experts this epic science documentary will explore the global phenomenon of the super volcanoes, discovering the impact they had on the past and researching the ever-increasing threat that the super volcano located below Yellowstone, America’s most famous National Park, poses.
