AACTA TV Now Live | AACTA Film Fest

AACTA Film Fest has officially launched, which means AFI and AACTA members can now watch competing films online via AACTA TV.

An all-inclusive look at Australian film, AACTA Film Fest is an opportunity to see the outstanding Australian films from the past year competing for nominations for the 8th AACTA Awards presented by Foxtel – some of which can’t be seen anywhere else.

For a complete guide to the feature films competing for a nomination for the 8th AACTA Awards presented by Foxtel, download the Film Fest Guide here.

Exclusive and complimentary to AFI and AACTA members, the AACTA Film Fest program will be available on AACTA TV until 5PM Thursday the 11th of  October, 2018.

In addition to AACTA TV, there are a number of additional ways to watch the feature films in competition. To view additional screenings, DVD and VOD/SVOD releases, click here.

Boy Erased and Ladies in Black will not be available via AACTA TV. AACTA members will have an opportunity to view these films when they are released theatrically (Ladies in Black from 20 September and Boy Erased from the 8th of November).

This year, AACTA is shining a spotlight on Australian film by transforming the AACTA website into a conversation hub, encouraging and supporting broad online discussion around the 38 competing films.

Guest writers from the Australian screen industry will share articles exploring the feature films in competition, the performers and practitioners behind them as well as sharing their top films of the AACTA Film Fest. New articles will be posted here each week.
